Job Description:

  • Manage all after sale service complaints and resolve them as per the standard timeline
  • Visit dealer on regular basis and ensure that all the dealer related problems are being solved timely
  • Maintain good relations with customers and provide them satisfactory services within policy framework
  • Identify new potential business areas and increase revenue
  • Increase of part sales and expansion of part dealers network in the region
  • Maintain proper inventory of parts for smooth operation of branch
  • Manage customer feedback system by calling up sample groups
  • Develop and train staff and contract workshops for better productivity and future challenges
Skills Required:
The candidate should possess a very good understanding of the Servicing Industry with focus on Customer Service, Quality, Planning, etc. candidate should also posses a dynamic and teamwork approach along with selling skills.
