Job Description

·         Enhance revenue through direct sales w/advertising agencies,Retail clients,Corporate Clients
·         Create, maintain and enhance relationships with accounts in identified categories.
·         Devise and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value of the Station's dominating and specialized consumer market while referencing syndicated research data such as Nielsen, etc.
·         Optimise current agency and client relationships
·         Function strategically and tactically to position the Station to dominate the radio space through higher Brand Counts/Direct Clients. 
·         Develop sales plans and goals by studying and understanding the station's market and seek approval all sales promotion campaigns from the Sales Head
·         Determine price schedules and discount rates in tandem with the  Sales Head.
·         Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Monitor and analyse sales and marketing activity against goals.
·         Scan the environment to gain insights into competitor strategies, potential business opportunities and market trends
·         Manage & motivate the team to get daily/weekly Numbers.
·         Value Target
·         Achieve % Local business Target
·         Achieve Market share Target categories/New Business Development
