1. Role model and coach Pinkberry vision, mission and values consistently.
2. Responsible for effectively and efficiently staffing store with Pinkberry profile team members.
3. Deliver high quality orientation and training for all new team members.
4. Lead and coach Pinkberry customer service model. Identify and respond to execution gaps in delivering exceptional customer experience; develop and execute plans to elevate both team members and store performance.
5. Grow top line sales by identifying and driving optional improvements as well as developing and executing local store marketing plans.
6. Deliver on or above target goals for food and labour cost while aligned with Pinkberry's customer service standards.
7. Ensure strict adherence to all standard operating procedures and safety and security guidelines.
8. Maintain store appearance and atmosphere in "like-new" condition.
9. Motivate store team through effective performance management, timely performance feedback and written reviews, clear goal settings and taking the corrective action when appropriate.
10. Responsible for leading and coaching store team to create emotional connection and customer delight with every interaction.
11. Responsible for identifying and developing internal candidates for future leadership opportunities.
12. Lead Community connection and outreach within local trade area.
Skills & Experience:
1. 1 to 2 years of retail or restaurant experience.
2. Strong team motivator.
3. Capable of identifying and developing high quality team members.
4. Strong organisational and problem solving skills.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. proven track record of controlling costs.
7. Ability to lead a team to achieve goals.
8. Possess understanding of the tactics required to drive top line sales.
9. A passion of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
10. Ability to work varied shifts and day of the week.
11. Has a "drive to results" attitude.
