HUB, also known as HUB Leather, a prominent brand & retailer of Pakistan, requires competent and hardworking individuals for the position of "Shop Manager" for its multi-category Flagship stores in Karachi & Lahore, with the following responsibilities: - Responsible for implementation of store SOPs, guidelines & policies, which includes Store opening and closing procedures, dress code, staff hygiene, attendance & punctuality etc. - Make sales and manage stock availability. Update about his suggestion to improve sale and staff selling skills. Lead the team to achieve the daily, monthly and category-wise sale targets. - Daily opening and closing reports on their schedules time. - Assuring excellent customer services and responding over customers requirement and complaints as per policy with coordination of Operations Department. - Assist all Team Members & contribute to achieve sales target. - Training of new staff and distribution of responsibilities according to staff individual ability. - Handling counter related issues Cash, RMS and communication with concerned departments at Head office with the assistance of Retail Supervisor. - Providing feedback to the Operation department regarding all activities including customer feedbacks and staff achievement(s) or misconducts. - Will be responsible for any Shortage / Excess of Cash or Stock. - Other assignments provided by the Management. | ||
Skills Required: | ||
- Prior experience in a similar role necessary, preferably at stores with more than one category, e.g. retail chains, department stores, etc. - Experience with training of sales staff & customer service - Genuine long term interest in Retail - Ability to handle customers in a positive and calm manner - Confidence with strong leadership qualities and communication skills - Superior selling skills - Quick Learner and multi-tasker - Willingness & ability to work under pressure - Computer skills & well versed in MS Office applications |
