Job Description:
Handle complaint resolution and troubleshooting of data core network (IPMPLS and WIMAX)
Conduct analysis of traces on layer 3 and layer 2 (trace route and wireshark)
Conduct Fault clearance and analysis on Core Entities for hardware and software trouble shooting.
Ensure Statistical reports and Analysis for Core Network KPIs and follow-up with peer teams for network optimization
Follow-up with IP NOC Support for Trouble Ticket Management and providing necessary support for issue resolution
The ideal candidate should
Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Computer Engineering/Computer Sciences
Have minimum four to seven years of experience in a IP / Data core environment specially on Juniper and Cisco routers/switches
Essential Skills
Have strong IP Networking Experience
Have good interpersonal and Analytical skills
Have knowledge of Telecom systems and processes
Have knowledge of control development and management

Have good reporting and statistical Analysis skills
Have basic understanding of GSM Architecture
Have Up-to-Date knowledge and analysis of IP, MPLS, SS7, SIP and SIGTRAN.
