Training Coordinator/ Human Resources / HRIS (full-time)

CSAAC, an organization serving individuals with autism in upper Montgomery County, is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage training components of the HRIS, training schedules, and register and interface with employees regarding training matters .

Must have: excellent communication skills, strong computer skills (Excel & HRIS database), and strong organization skills, must be detail oriented and personable with a professional demeanor. Administrative and office experience required. Must be available for occasional Saturday trainings.  A Bachelor's Degree or A.A. Degree and two years experience in Training or Human Resources required.
