Responsible for the management of Interpersonal Communication Operations in his/her respective area.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs and guidelines established for execution of IPC activities.
- Develop, review and ensure implementation of work plans for his/her team and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Evaluate performance of the IPC team on the basis of work plan, field visits and back checks.
- Capacity building of IPC team.
- Provide technical support to IPC team in their field activities.
- Maintain strong liaison with Health Services team
- Check and recommend expense sheet of field staff for payment/reimbursement.
- Recruitment, development and retention of quality staff complying hiring criteria and ensuring
high quality of manpower.
- Timely reporting of data/information from field operations to Head Office, management reporting while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and credibility of reports.
- Compliance and implementation of organizational policies, procedures and systems.
* Job requires extensive field traveling.
