About The Role: Regional Manager at Bazaar is responsible for driving their region’s sales through business development. Our Out of Home business is primarily focused on B2B HoReCa and O&I clients, so the incumbent will be managing existing client relationships and creating new businesses from scratch. A significant part of this role will be people management where you’ll be leading the regional account management team for the central and north region. Responsibilities include: Key Account Management of Tier A/B customers Managing Top channels of FSR and QSR Segmentation and building strategy for different channels of OOH Ensuring TopLine and BottomLine Growth Working on Categories for better and bigger basket Training and Managing Bazaar Representatives in the market
