Job Description:

1.Prepare the preventive maintenance programme
2.Supervise, monitor and execute the preventive maintenance programme.
3.Review and record day to day maintenance team activities.
4.Continually use latest information/features to manage operation and maintenance any major or minor repair of the buildings.
5.Responsible to maintain the operation and maintenance status of the buildings, and specify the weak points with corrective actions.
6.Review & study of the proposed civil projects and supervise properly.
7.Provide technical reports regarding building maintenance.
8.Experience in supervising of emergency work.
9.Provide material request required for maintenance activities
