Short Description	Searching for multi-lingual customer service agents with extensive B2C experience
	Job Description Communicate and respond to questions and issues from users and customers regarding all of the company’s products and services via e-mail. Understand and communicate 123people products and services to users and customers. Ensure that customers receive the best possible service and industry-leading response times. General analysis and administration of user and customer feedback. Support the translation and product team if necessary. Create and maintain internal monthly reports. Profile Fluent in written and spoken in the following languages: French and Spanish; Italian is a plus; German OR English required. Previous experience in a customer services role for online services, preferably in an IT Support or B2C service environment. Strong customer focus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and eMail-Programs. Experience and understanding of Corporate Data Protection Policies. Secondary Education Certificate. Excellent communication skills. The Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills Able to work independently and efficiently to meet strict deadlines. Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. Additional languages are an asset.
