Vacancies Front End Developer at Heroku

Job Description

We are seeking an outstanding Front End Web Developer to join our team. If you are proficient at turning wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes into production ready interfaces with a focus on web standards, performance and future sustainability we want to talk to you.
You must be a natural collaborator and able to work closely with our Ruby developers, Visual and UX Designers.
Requirements

• Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
• Comfortable developing production ready interface designs
• Experience in rapid prototyping
• Strong communication skills

You should be passionate about

• HTML5 and CSS3
• Web standards
• Beautiful interfaces and typography
• Building great products

You excel if you

• Dream in browser-transforms and elaborate multi-stop gradients
• Are your own Web Inspector, and dissect presentational markup without viewing the source of a page, or by glancing at a designed mockup
• Have developed open source jQuery plugins
• Are experienced with mobile web app development
• Appreciate and produce concise copy
• Are proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Familiar with Git and Ruby
